CIZE

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN WORKOUT?
 
 I have a secret, I have access to CIZE and more workouts and I want to share it with you.
When I was younger I was a Cheerleader and LOVED it.
 
I haven't done it since I was in high school and I really miss it some days.
During my roller coaster weight loss journey I got the privilege to try CIZE by Shaun T before it came out on Sale.
It was so much fun dancing the work out away.
I never felt like I was actually working out.

21 Day Fix Approved Quick and Easy Tomato Bruschetta

21 Day Fix Approved!!!



Makes 1/2 Green Container, 1 Teaspoon, and 1 Yellow Container.

Ingredients:
1 Tortilla
1 Tomato
A dash of Parmesan
A dash of Black Pepper
A Dash of Garlic (Don't do too Much Yuck!!!)
A pinch of Parsley for on top

There is two ways you can do this. My oven was on self clean so I couldn't use it, I used my toaster for a quick lunch. I used the tortilla because I didn't have bread to cut up and put it on.
                                                                                  
Directions
 
1. Take a tortilla and cut it down the center and then two times width way. Put it in the toaster, you can put two in each side so they don't bend or fall over. Don't cook it too much just till it gets warmed up and a little crispy.
 
2. Dice up the tomato and put it in a bowl or the Green Container. 3. Add in the Parm, Black Pepper, Garlic and Parsley. Mix all together well.
 
4. Put the tortilla on a plate and add the tomatoes on top evenly. 5. Then to warm everything up together stick it in the microwave quick for like 20 seconds and you are all done. Hope you enjoy it...
